Environmental Consultant
& Policy Advisor

In 2023, immersed in my coaching career, I was asked by a former client to come back to environmental consulting and support the organization’s work. Thus, my hybrid environmental and coaching career began.

Drawing on my 20+ year career in environmental policy and programming, I support non-profit, governmental and private sector organizations in development of their environmental policy, focusing on climate change mitigation.

Currently, I serve as a dedicated representative of the Los Angeles Beautification Team (LABT) on influential coalitions such as the Los Angeles Living Schoolyards Coalition and, in 2024, the California Climate Bond Coalition of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). By collaborating with equally committed environmental stewards, we amplify our impact advocating for policies that prioritize sustainability and resilience.

A crucial aspect of my work involves staying up to date on policy developments and emerging climate change trends. I provide regular updates to LABT’s CEO, helping her navigate the changing regulatory, policy and community landscape around climate change and ensure that decisions going forward are well-informed and strategic.

The Los Angeles Beautification Team is a respected county-wide environmental improvement organization, founded in 1992, that serves the greater Los Angeles community by planting trees, designing and implementing resource conservation projects and improving school campuses, neighborhoods and business districts.

I find this hybrid career deeply fulfilling and am eager to expand my practice to support organizations in Tucson and beyond, helping them navigate climate change impacts and implement strategic, forward-thinking policies and solutions.
