Who am I?
My name is Ann Vanino. I am a career and new directions coach dedicated to helping you navigate and thrive in your world. I have coached for over 20 years and know how to create a winning space that gives you what you need to create the life you want to live. I have coached government professionals, entrepreneurs, creative artists, designers, stock traders, film industry professionals, corporate managers, non profit professionals, scientists, small business owners, fashion industry professionals, coaches, healers, public relations professionals, financial advisors, theatrical performers and engineers. I welcome the opportunity to coach with you!
Prior to coaching, I enjoyed a career in environmental protection. In 2023, I was called back into the environmental field and now help catalyze change on both personal (with my coaching) and planetary (with my environmental consulting) levels. My environmental consulting work addresses urban climate change mitigation and development of living schoolyards, supporting non-profit, governmental and private sector organizations.

How coaching works
We start with discovering your values (the essence of you), getting clear on what you want to accomplish, setting a path to get you there and establishing how we will work together. Once that is done, we begin our calls by phone, Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet or other medium where we hold your intentions and you move forward to the life you want to live!
