In a one-on-one or group environment, Career Coaching is focused on bringing your unique brilliance into your work! Career Coaching helps you to know who you are from the inside out, to understand how the workplace and people in it function and to use this knowledge to find the work that is right for you.

Career Coaching comes in three styles:

Join a Career Circle - Online Career Coaching with Ann Vanino

Career Circles

Career Circles have five participants and are hosted by Ann. Each Circle member identifies a career goal that they will achieve in a three-month period. In weekly phone or video calls, participants take action towards their goal and then come together to share progress, challenges and wins. Between calls, participants can correspond by e mail with Ann, and each other, on their activities. Each circle is unique, with its energy created by the individuals participating in it.

Coaching in Organizations

Ann is hired by organizations to work with managers and employees to meet organizational and individual career goals. The focus points of this program are to promote teamwork and manager satisfaction, implement new and effective management systems, increase manager accountability and performance, improve managers skills and self-confidence and manage growth or downsizing in a time of change.

How coaching works

We start with discovering your values (the essence of you), getting clear on what you want to accomplish, setting a path to get you there and establishing how we will work together. Once that is done, we begin our calls by phone, Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet or other medium where we hold your intentions and you move forward to the life you want to live!

All of my programs include

Weekly 45-minute sessions by phone, zoom, facetime or other method

unlimited email and text support

support in researching and evaluating prospects and possibilities

in-the-moment coaching when time-dependent situations arise
